Ok, the one on the desktop you only do once, or rather, don't do it again, because that is the installation file and not the program itself.  Look at the programs under your start menu and see if you can see it listed there.

Okay, now for the next stupid question.

How do I make the damn thing work!   Every time I click on the icon on my desktop, it wants to install itself.  I've let it do so numerous times.  At the end, it offers to start the spybot program, but then does nothing.

WTF?

My other computer says it has spyware.   So I wanted to go to the spybot site and was looking for it on this computer.  When I google, about a dozen different sites pop up.

Which is the legitimate one?
